Our Vision

To eradicate poverty and homelessness and create sustainable communities

 

Our Mission

Supporting individuals and families to build new opportunities for themselves and the community by providing secure affordable housing, education and employment. 

 

Our Goal

To provide a minimum of 1000 pathways into Trades, Training and Housing by 2025. 

 

Our Plan

 2019 – 2021

 

 

In our first 3 years we are working to deliver  500 client pathway programs whilst raising $AUD 25+ Million. We plan to work across all areas of Australia with an initial focus on Regional and Metropolitan NSW.

 

 

To achieve these goals, we will

 

Deliver opportunities for individuals who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless and ex Defence Force personell to:

 

  • Connect with employers in construction and related industries to secure employment.

  • Develop relationships with Universities, Technical Colleges, Training Organisations and schools to undertake education and training to improve opportunities of employment.

  • Secure suitable housing and assist in maintaining this.

  • Develop relationships with key community partners, community leaders and Aboriginal Land Councils and Elders.

OUTCOMES 2019 – 2021

To achieve these goals our work will focus on the following areas

PARTNER

Develop formal partnerships with service providers in the Homelessness, Ex-Defence Force and Not for Profit sectors and Government (Federal and State) Departments.  

DEVELOP

Develop and refine Streets Into Trades programs to meet the needs of clients and their families. 

 

 

FUND

Establish multi-platform approaches to fundraising and grant acquisition from individuals, corporations, philanthropic / equity trusts, and Government programs.  Raise AUD $25M+.

PROVIDE

A minimum of 300 placements into education, employment or housing options.
